Truly enjoyed brand-new and large room with balcony, felt like we were home. The location was absolutely perfect - ease of access to Bansko Municipality.

The place provides decent prices. It is a special hotel with nice view to mountain.

The food was outstanding and served in the restaurant. The pool was nice and the staff was very amiable. The hotel was set in a remote area short walk to the gondola, the city center and the restaurant.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were well experienced and amicable. The location was excellent, for example, Molerite was not too far from the hotel. It was also close enough to the centre of Bansko, and Bulgaria. You guys made our stay very very good.

The unit we got was decent sized with a queen size bed, balcony, as example.

Marvellous breakfast items; really helpful and experienced stuff. Remote location, a 10-15 minute walk from Enduro Max Bulgaria.

The breakfast was marvellous and perfect for vegetarians, and the staff were well experienced. Asked for twin room and it was a nice size and modest with balcony.

Twin room with balcony was the best. It was very handy to have a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. The venue was in a remote location adjacent to the kilometer away downtown, and the main center.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bansko. The spa facilities were great and we enjoyed using the sauna and steam baths. The rooms were spacious and had balconies, which added a nice touch to our stay. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also quite convenient, as it was a short 15-minute walk to the center of Bansko. we had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it for its affordable price and amenities.

Friendly and supportive staff. Lobby bar with drinks while waiting for rooms. Good breakfast and dinner, separate swimming pool and sauna. Great kids' playroom. Clean and quiet with a good espresso in the bar.

I had such a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel in a quiet area. The location was perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The hotel also had a laundry service and an airport shuttle, which made my trip hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff was always available to assist with tours and ticket arrangements. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed the balcony, where I could relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

During my stay, I found the hotel’s location to be ideal. It’s just a kilometer away from downtown and in a cozy tavern. Despite being near the gypsy ghetto, the hotel’s atmosphere is pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had good quality, with various choices. I liked the SPA program and the swimming pool's calming atmosphere.

Although the hotel had lots of amenities and overall quality, it was unfortunate that some guests who were unruly and loud disturbed my peace of mind.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time! The food was decent and there was a good selection of drinks. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We especially enjoyed the spa, which had a sauna and hot tub.

Although we had a great time, there were a few things that could have been better. For one, the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a makeover.
